Marianne shares astrology in a way that encourages self reflection, so these sessions often include some journaling, and we usually enjoy a drink together at a local cafe - giving lots of opportunity to ask questions. There’s no pressure to do all the practices, the main goal is to get to know yourself better - both yoga and astrology give us fab tools for this ✨

On 2 & 4th Thursday of each month the class will be Pranayama & Yoga, working on foundational breathing techniques and pranayama practices at the beginning and end with a shorter asana practice in between.
