Description- This is COVE's signature class and uses a mix of Pilates along with tradition with added HEAT. This is a soft intro into HOT Yoga - Bring a small towel with you.

Description - Hatha Yoga is a soft, gentle practice allowing you to learn the postures, asanas and breath-work. Movement will be structured to focus on the breath and mind.

Description- Yoga Nidra is also known as Yogic sleep. Sleepy yoga. You will be lying down, with your eyes closed after some gentle stretches and breath work helping you find space in your subconscious mind.

Description - You will be encouraged to fully relax in the positions guided by your teacher, using breath-work and mindful movement to find your calm. Slow paced and focussing on long holds on postures.

Description - Reformer and Mat Pilates are a great way to sculpt and tone as well as helping you gain extra balance skills. Reformer and Mat Pilates will build strength in all areas of body.
