Hot yoga classes are practiced in a heated room to increase flexibility, circulation, and intensity. The warmth helps muscles open more deeply while promoting detoxification through sweat. Sculpt Yoga is a dynamic blend of yoga and Pilates designed to challenge and energize you. Expect faster-paced movements that test your balance and stability throughout the session. Classes are fun and informal, leaving you feeling strong, empowered, and accomplished.
Mums, join us at the mat, space for baby too whilst you get your Yoga fix. Bring a soft blanket for baby to lie on whilst you're in your flow. Fridays at 10.30am

I’m a qualified STOTT Merrithew Pilates instructor, teaching both Reformer and Mat Pilates, and a certified Yoga teacher with Siddhi Yoga India. During the warmer months, I also teach Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) qualified through ASI (Academy of Surfing Instructors).

Alongside Cove, I run SUP4, a coastal wellness business that brings movement to you in many forms — indoors, outdoors, and on the water.
With over 10 years of teaching experience, I love creating sessions that feel supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable. My yoga classes are hands-off, designed to support sensory needs and encourage mindful movement, while my Pilates sessions are hands-on, with guided adjustments and the use of props to help you move safely and effectively.
It’s really important to me that everyone feels welcome when they arrive and great about themselves when they leave. A huge part of building a wellness business, for me, is making it as inclusive as possible — I want everyone who wants to try movement or wellness to feel that there’s a space for them here.
Whether you join me in the studio or out in nature, my aim is to help you move joyfully, feel energised, and leave with a happy heart.
