Terms & Conditions – COVE Lifestyle Studios
Hey lovely humans — just a friendly reminder that as a small independent business, we have a few policies in place to help things run smoothly, fairly, and sustainably. Please take a moment to read through our membership terms before making a booking.
1. Session Changes & Cancellations
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This gives us enough time to offer your spot to someone on our waiting list.
Last-minute changes (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will unfortunately mean you’ll lose that session, even on an unlimited plan.
If you’re on an unlimited package, each missed session or late cancellation will be deducted from your agreed weekly schedule. Repeated missed sessions may result in a review of your place on the unlimited plan.
2. Bundles & Memberships
All member packs and bundles have a 31-day expiry from the date of purchase. This helps encourage regular attendance and ensures you're getting the most benefit and value from your sessions.
Unused sessions cannot be rolled over beyond the 31-day window, so we recommend planning ahead to make the most of your bundle.
3. Why It Matters
As a small business, COVE Lifestyle Studios relies on your commitment to keep things ticking along. These policies, including our session cancellation policy, aren’t here to be strict — they’re in place so we can continue doing what we love, while giving others a fair chance to join in too.
Having the courage and courtesy to cancel in time really helps us out — and someone on the waitlist will thank you for it!
4. In a Nutshell
Please give us 48 hours’ notice if you can’t make it.
No-shows and late cancellations = one session deducted.
Unlimited users: missed sessions will count as used.
Packs and bundles: valid for 31 days only.
Read the policies before booking to avoid any surprises.
Thanks so much for your understanding and support — we couldn’t do this without you.
Cheers,
COVE x
